Thanksgiving

I was so thankful this Thanksgiving to be able to travel to Rolla, MO and spend the holiday with my wonderful Grandma, my mom, and my brother Michael and his family. It was so fun to spend several days with everyone. The only disappointment was that I didn't get to have my husband there as he couldn't get time off work. Not to fear, he had a good time with his Dad and family on Thanksgiving and had the opportunity to get together with lots of friends who were in town over the holiday.

Here's Grandma Kathryn enjoying a play dough session with her grandchildren.

Cute Lucas who will have to deal with being a big brother come March.

Me, taking a nap. Apparently there was a competition to see how many stuffed animals could be placed on my face without waking me up.

We brought our dress up clothes and Noah spent a lot of time dressed as a cheetah.

Juliet loved playing with her cousins.

Kensie was a wiz in the kitchen. I stepped mostly into the role of prep chef.

Many football games were watched.

I enjoyed spending time with my wonderful grandma.

Baby Elmo made an appearance.

We continued our tradition of placing five candy corns by each plate to remember the lean times that the pilgrims experienced before the first Thanksgiving.

It was a wonderful trip! Thank you Mom for doing the driving.
